LANGE, MONA AGNES - It is with great sadness that the family of Mona Agnes Lange, 77, announce her death at the Miramichi Regional Hospital on Saturday, December 19, 2009. Born in Newcastle, NB, she was the daughter of the late Clayton and Kathleen (Hay) Morris. She was a member of St. Thomas the Apostle Roman Catholic Church, Red Bank, NB. Besides her husband Ken, Mona is survived by one daughter: Adrienne Somers (Rick) of Miramichi, NB, one son: Pat of Miramichi, NB; three stepsons: Steven (Jane) of Bay du Vin, NB, David of Miramichi, NB and Sterling (Valerie) of Charlottetown, PE.; two sisters: Kay St. Louis of Miramichi, NB and Doreen Leimer of West Palm Beach, FL; one brother: Artie (Pauline) of Miramichi; seven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Mona is predeceased by her parents, first husband: Adrian Doucette; stepdaughter: Nancy Lange; two sisters: Helen and Anne and three brothers: Patrick, William and Harold. Visitation will be held at Bell's Funeral Home on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at 4 pm from St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church with Father Dan Melanson officiating. Burial will take place in St. Mary's Roman Catholic Cemetery later in the spring. In Mona's memory a donation may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
