LYMAN BERNALD MULLIN
MULLIN, LYMAN BERNALD - The death of Mr. Lyman Bernald Harvey Mullin, husband of the late Sarah (Curtis) Mullin of Mount Saint Joseph Nursing Home and formerly of Exmoor, NB, occurred on Saturday, January 9, 2010 at his late residence at the age of 85. Born in Exmoor, NB, he was the son of the late Harvey and Anetta (Silliker) Mullin. Lyman was retired from the Department of Natural Resources. Lyman is survived by: daughters, Barbara Blackmore (Percy) of Moncton, NB, Marjorie (Peggy) Sutherland (Murdock) of Exmoor, NB; three sons, Bernald of British Columbia, Terry of Renous, NB, Scott (Elizabeth) of Sillikers, NB; sisters, Maudie Malley of Moncton, NB, Janice Cassidy of Miramichi, NB, Joyce Falconer (Ray) of Moncton, NB; brothers, Wilbur (Nelda) of Strathadam, NB, Vincent (Betty) of Miramichi, NB; 12 grandchildren and three great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents and wife Sarah, he is predeceased by two daughters, Dorothy Ann and Carrie Elaine; brothers, Warren and Hugh; sister, Olga. The family will receive visitors at Meadows Funeral Home on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. The funeral service will be held from Meadows Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, January 13, 2010 at 2 PM with Rev. Jerry VanderVeen officiating. Burial will take place in the Whitney Baptist Church Cemetery later in the spring. In Lyman's memory, donations may be made to the Parkinson's Foundation or the Wildlife Federation of Canada.
