ROBICHAUD, EDGAR - 84, passed away on Tuesday, January 19, 2010 at Foyer Saint-Antoine, formerly of Notre-Dame. Born May 7, 1925 in Notre-Dame, NB, he was the son of the late Joseph and Madeleine (Bourque) Robichaud. He was a retired carpenter. He is survived by two daughters: Murielle Daigle of Calgary and Jocelyne Robichaud of Stoughton, Mass.; six sisters: Alice Robichaud of Moncton, Marie Robichaud of Waltham, Mass., Azilda Richard of Fitchburg, Nélida Goguen (Alyre) and Émilia Robichaud, both of Notre-Dame, Evelyne Richard of Toronto; four grandchildren: Daniel, Rachel, Réjean and Alain; two great grandchildren: Bree and Dominic as well as many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his wife, Florine (Cormier) in 1985; his son, Bernard in 2007, and his two brothers: Fidèle and Désiré. The family will receive condolences at Notre-Dame-du-Sacré-Coeur R.C. Church, Notre-Dame-de-Kent, from where the funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday, January 21 at 7 pm. Visiting hours Thursday from 2 to 4 pm and from 6 pm until time of mass. Interment will be in Notre-Dame parish cemetery. In memory of Edgar, a contribution to the Foyer Saint-Antoine or a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated.
