(August 17, 1943 -February 26, 2010) — Passed peacefully away at the Leonard A. Miller Centre, St. John’s on Friday, February 26th, 2010, Jamie Oswald Hollett of Grand Bank, age 66 years. Predeceased by parents Eva and Oswald Hollett, father and mother in-law Gordon and Emily Rose, brother-in-law Douglas Rose, and niece Natalie Butler. Leaving to mourn: wife Ada of Grand Bank, brother Robin/Gloria Hollett of Deer Lake, sister Karen/Bill Butler of Deer Lake, brothers-in-law Earl/Georgie Rose of Fortune, Harvey/Shirley Rose of Alberta, Gordie/Juanita Rose of Grand Bank, sisters-in-law Doreen/George Grandy of Grand Bank, Carolann Rose of Mount Pearl, and Ruby Rose of Fortune. Also a large circle of nephews, nieces and friends. Remains resting at All Saints Anglican Church Fortune on Sunday and Monday. Funeral Service will take place on Tuesday at 2 p.m. from All Saints Church, Fortune. Interment to follow at All Saints Anglican Cemetery, Fortune. Donations in his memory may be made to Retired Teachers’ Foundation for (Disabled) Children’s Charities. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the care of Warren’s Funeral Home, Grand Bank.
