The family extends their deepest gratitude to the staff of The Westford Nursing Home for their loving care, compassion and their ability to appreciate the light that still flickered within Maxine despite the seven years of Alzheimer’s disease. They provided a safe haven and contentment in those last years.
Remember me as I used to be
When my mind was clear and my spirit free
When I loved to watch the sun sink low,
And spread the sky with its golden glow.
