On March 2, 2010 Bernice Lillian Wicks (nee Clark) passed into the presence of her Lord at the age of 90.

She is survived by Bill (Faye) Wicks, David (Judy) Wicks, Starene (Larry) Stewart, Madeline (Ian) Crozier, Dawn (Greg) Supina, 13 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, sisters, Nora Platt and Thelma Clark, and 3 sisters in-law.

Bernice was predeceased by her loving husband Alfred Reuben Wicks.

Bernice was a former resident of Kamloops, Barriere, and Birch Island. She served along with her husband who was pastor at Bethany Baptist Church Barriere from 1958-1970.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 6, 2010 at the First Baptist Church (RR #2 Leduc, AB). Interment to follow at Fredericksheim Baptist Cemetery.
