Passed away at Conception Bay South on Tuesday, March 9, 2010, Allan D. Pilgrim of Conception Bay South, age 84 years. Predeceased by Dolores’ mom, Margaret, brother: George, Chesley and Gordon; sisters: Pearl Hillier, Violet Hillier, Olive Badcock, Lucy Penney and Ruby Roberts. Leaving to mourn daughter Dolores (Tom) Lawrence, Conception Bay South; two grandchildren: Lindsay (Daniel) and Mitchell; great-grandson James; two sisters: Rita Hillier and Lavinia (Henry) Humby, both of St. Lunaire-Griquet; sisters-in-law: Annie Pilgrim, St. Anthony and Marshall Pilgrim, St. Lunaire-Griquet; special friends at Cannings Seniors Home, Conception Bay South, also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel’s Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear on Friday, March 12 from 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Saturday, March 13th from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Funeral service to take place on Sunday, March 14 at 2:00 p.m. from Bethany United Church, Carbonear.
