O’GRADY, Derek Blake– Passed away suddenly at his home in Lewisporte on March 19, 2010, aged 61 years. Predeceased by his parents Gregory and Mary (nee Carter). Left with fond and loving memories, his wife Carol of 19 years, his daughter Erin (Ryan), Paradise; sons Dean, Red Deer Alberta and Carter, Edmonton, Alberta; stepchildren Miranda, Damien and Dominic Giovannini, St. John’s; grandchildren Jacob and Matthew; step-grandson Julian; aunts Janet (John) Green, Canton, New York; Ruby Carter, Montreal and Maureen Power, St. John’s. Resting at Gordon Woolfrey Funeral Home, Lewisporte on Saturday, March 20 from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 p.m. and on Sunday, March 21 from Carnell’s Funeral Home, St. John’s, from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 p.m. The funeral service will take place from Carnell’s Funeral Chapel on Monday, March 22 at 2:00 p.m.
