It is with great sadness that the family of the late Clifton (Cliff) Aucoin announce his passing at the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital. Stephenville on Friday, March 19, 2010 at the age of 58 years. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife, Joanne and one son, Ian (Leah Burt) of Kippens, one daughter, Jaclyn (Michael O’Keefe) of St. John’s and one brother, Rick (Ann) Aucoin of Cold Brook, four sisters: Elaine (Late Kavin) Walsh of Kippens, Christine (Terry) MacDonald of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Delores (Myron) Gallant of Stephenville, Yvonnie Aucoin of Kippens and special aunt, Blanche King and a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents, Walter and Cecilia Aucoin, brother, Larry Aucoin and nephew, Ryan MacDonald. Visitation took place on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at Russell’s Funeral Home, 57 Prince Rupert Drive, Stephenville. Funeral Service took place on Monday, March 22nd at 10:00 a.m. at St. Stephen’s Parish, West Street, Stephenville with Interment in the Hillside Interfaith Cemetery, Hansen Highway, Stephenville. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
