Mary Beth died peacefully on Tuesday, February 9, 2010, at the Athabasca Healthcare Centre, Alberta, borne on her final journey by family and friends who walked with her during more than 68 years of joy. Cremation has taken place. A service in loving memory of Mary Beth will be held at Rio Terrace Moravian Church, 15108 - 76 Avenue, Edmonton, Alberta, 2:00 p.m., Saturday, March 27, 2010, Rev. Carol J. Vogler, Ph.D., officiating and with supper following. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make a memorial donation may contact a charity of their choice. Mary Beth was born in Denver, Colorado, to Philip Raymond Asel and Jeanne Elizabeth Asel (née Seaver) who predeceased her in 1985 and 1995 respectively. Mary Beth is survived by her eternal friend and husband Gordon Fearn of Perryvale, Alberta; brother Philip (Cecily) Abel and family of Boulder, Colorado; sister Roberta Hess and family of Alamo, Nevada; son Cris Graue and family of Denver, Colorado; daughter Kari (Blake) Nudell and family of Silverthorne, Colorado; daughter Lori (Danny) Horner and family of Anaheim, California; stepson Marshall (Amy) Fearn and family of Columbus, Ohio; nine grandchildren Candace, Harmony, Devonté, Hayden, Lonie, Tamara, Erin, Amari and Adia; former husbands Dennis Graue and John Mills, other special friends and family.
