1924 - 2010 - Aurore Leger, 85, of Villa du Repos, Moncton, formerly of Dieppe, NB, passed away on Wednesday, March 24th, 2010, at her residence.
Born in Sackville, NB, she was the daughter of the late Silas and the late Obeline (née: LeBlanc) LeBlanc. Mrs. Leger was a former member of the Saint-Anselme parish. She is survived by four daughters: Cecile (Gilles) Godin of Petitcodiac, Angela Richard of Hudson, MA, Jacqueline (Peter) Bower of Moncton and Jeanne Cormier of Dieppe; three sons: Roméo (Patricia) and Léo-Paul (Dianne), both of Dieppe and Victor (Kristy) of Allison; 14 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Roy in 1990; one daughter, Diane; four sisters: Rosie, Viola, Ida and Bertha as well as by two brothers: Philias and Frank.
Visitation will be held from Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, NB (857-1901), on Sunday from 2 to 4 pm and from 7 to 9 pm and also on Monday from 10 am until time of service.
Funeral mass will be celebrated from the Saint-Anselme Roman Catholic Church, on Monday, March 29th, 2010, at 11 am. Interment in the Saint-Anselme parish Cemetery Dieppe, NB.
