Surrounded by all of her family, Mrs. Joyce (nee Redmond) Campbell, of Charlottetown, age 65 years, passed away peacefully at the Palliative Care Unit of the Prince Edward Home on Friday, March 13, 2009. Beloved wife of Richard Campbell and dear mother of Jeff (Linda), Calgary, Alta.; Jennifer (Graham) Boswall, Digby, N.S.; Susan, Robbie, David (Cary), Shawn (Chelsea O’Connell), of Charlottetown. She is also survived by nine loving grandchildren, Alexander, Matthew, Benjamin and Thomas Campbell, Calgary, Alta.; Lauren and Jacob Boswall, Digby, N.S.; Kendra, Hunter and Kylee Campbell, Charlottetown; brothers and sisters, Lloyd Redmond, Eleanor (Hal) Snow, Paula (Glenn) MacInnis, Patsy (Dan) Brun, Brian (Lucy) Redmond, Allan (Denyse) Redmond and Brenda (Nelson) Dougay; aunts, Rita Redmond and Bertha MacDonald; uncle, Don Barrick and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Harold and Bernice (nee Smith) Redmond; sister-in-law, Gloria Redmond, and niece, Ellen Redmond. Resting at the Hennessey Funeral Home where the funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Tuesday at 1 p.m. Interment later in the family plot in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Palliative Care Unit, Prince Edward Home or the P.E.I. Cancer Treatment Centre.
