The death occurred on Sunday, March 15, 2009, of Robert Daniel MacDonald of Stratford, formerly of Canoe Cove, age 82. Beloved husband of Linda (Inman) MacDonald. Loving father of Barbara (Gordon) Campbell, Wendy (Mike) Hancox, and Kimberley (Paul) Laurie and cherished grandfather of Julia (Clement) Arsenault, Sarah, Maria, Emily Campbell, and Charlotte, Andrew, and Colin Laurie. Also survived by sister Velma Moreash of London, Ontario, and numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his mother Julia (MacDonald) Darrach, brother-in-law William Moreash, sister-in-law Addie MacLean. Resting at MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel. Funeral Wednesday from Zion Presbyterian Church at 11 a.m. Interment later in Argyle Shore Cemetery. If so desired memorials to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
