The death occurred at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Sunday, March 15, 2009, of Richard George Praught, of Summerside, age 59 years. Born in Summerside, he was the son of the late Daniel C. and Eileen (FitzGerald) Praught. Survived by his brothers and sisters, Doreen Pearson, Oakville, ON; Catherine (Doug) Carr, Edmonton, AB; Ken (Bertha), Summerside; Eileen (Bob) Wilson, Fredericton, NB; Geraldine, Summerside; Linda Inman, Summerside; Barbara (Allie) Gallant, Summerside; Fred, North Bay, ON; Fr. Maurice, St. Theresa; Dan ( Marilyn), Summerside; Vincent, Taiwan and Anna, BC; Also by numerous nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by a sister Louise Praught. Resting at the Moase Funeral Home, Summerside, where funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 1 p.m. Interment later in St. Paul’s Cemetery, Summerside. Visiting hours Tuesday from 6-9 p.m. only.
