Timothy Ross Lanouette of Comox, BC, aged 47 years, passed away tragically on 12 March, 2009 over the Grand Banks. Born 01 May, 1961 in Nova Scotia. Survived by his mother Marlene Ross Lanouette, father Gerard Lanouette, brother Jeff Lanouette (Andrea Darling); sons: Shane (16), Justin (15), Chase (9) and daughter Courtney (14); cherished friend Sabrina Nowlan and her daughter Danielle, as well as many nieces and nephews and an ocean of close friends. Tim has an undisputed love of flying and a passion for life which he gladly expressed to one and all, with a simple flash of his infectious smile and good humour. With his talent for music and art, he was a natural born communicator. It did not take long for anyone to get to know Tim as you would a lifelong friend. He will be sorely missed. A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 20th, 2009 at the 1st Baptist Church, #1 Ambassador Place, Mount Pearl, NL at 10:00 a.m. A Funeral Service will be held at a later date at the Courtenay Fellowship Baptist Church in Courtenay, BC. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Children’s Wish Foundation.
