Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Saturday, August 30, 2008, Lorraine White of Carbonear, age 77 years. Predeceased by parents: James and Roseanna Tucker; granddaughter: Melanie. Leaving to mourn: husband Cyril; three sons: Hayward (Cavelle), Carbonear, Ronald (Joan), Port Blandford and Larry (Geraldine), Carbonear; six grandchildren: Stephanie (David), Steven, Vanessa (Guy), Jennifer, Christopher (Elva) and Ryan (Stephanie); seven great-grandchildren: Lauren, Steven, Morgan, Emily, Matteau, Keita and Lasha; one brother: Clyde Tucker; nieces: Wendy and Lori; cousin: Nancy; brothers-in-law: Harold (Gertie), Graham (Ada), Clyde (Elspeth) and Norman (Heather); sisters-in-law: Lillian (Ron), Mildred (Desmond) and Dorothy and also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at NOEL'S FUNERAL HOME, Water Street, Carbonear. Funeral service to take place on Wednesday, September 3 at 2 p.m. from Riverside United Church and Cemetery Salmon Cove.
