At the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Charlottetown on Thursday, March 26, 2009, of Hendrika “Jean” Zaat (nee Bransen) of Charlottetown and formerly of Montague, age 76 years. Beloved wife of Cornelius “Con” Zaat. Loving mother of Karin LaRonde-Zaat (Mike), Judy Doucette-Zaat (Dave), Stephen (Lois), and Jeffrey (Lisa). Cherished grandmother of 12 grandchildren and two great- grandchildren. Also survived by brothers and sisters and nieces and nephews in Holland. Predeceased by her daughter, Theresa. Resting at Ferguson’s Montague Funeral Home until Monday at 3:50, then to St. Mary’s Church, Montague for funeral mass at 4 p.m. Interment in the St. Mary’s Parish Cemetery.
