Passed peacefully away at Hoyles Home on Thursday, March 26, 2009, in his 92nd year. Predeceased by his wife Velma (nee Lee - 2001) and son John (2006). Leaving to mourn daughter Elizabeth Rudd (Len) of Ontario; daughter-in-law Ursula of Torbay; grandsons: Pastor David Jamieson (Shandra) of B.C., Steven (Barbara) of St. John's, James and Robert Rudd of Ontario; great-grandchildren: Shantel, Stacia, Joshua and Jared of B.C. Also nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue on Sunday and Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held from Barrett's Chapel on Tuesday, March 31, 2009 at 2 p.m. Interment will follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
