Peacefully at her residence on Sunday, March 29th, 2009 at the age of 86. Loving wife of the late Everett Charles Newell. Dearest mother of Fran Campbell (late Wayne), Brenda Lee Mack, David Newell (June Dowd) and Vanya Newell. Grandmother of Michelle and the late Tracy Cain, Victoria Belisle, Everett William and Edward Daniel Newell, Jessie and David Newell. Great grandmother of Eric, Michelle, Melissa and Vanessa, Elizabeth, Jessica, Quinn and Logan and great-great grandmother of Kaylib. Survived by her sister Bernice MacDonald.
Friends are invited to visit at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 315 McLeod Street on Friday, April 3rd, 2009 from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m. The Funeral Service will follow at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel. Interment will follow at a later date in Harmony, Nova Scotia, next to her late husband Everett. For those wishing, memorial contributions to the Kidney Foundation would be appreciated.
