She was born in St. John's, NL, where she graduated from Memorial University College and spent her entire career in provincial and federal social services. She is survived by her brother Robert, Chester Basin, NS, niece, Mary (Langlois), Kingston, ON, nephew, William, St. John's, NL. Cremation has taken place.
