Sackville, N.B. - The death of Deborah Aileen Musgrave, age 27, of Sackville, N.B., occurred suddenly in Charlottetown, P.E.I. on November 1, 2007. Born in Summerside, P.E.I. and formerly of Beaverbank, N.S., Deborah was the first-born daughter of Bart and Linda Musgrave. An accomplished student, Deborah graduated with a Bachelor of Science, honours in biology from Mount Allison University and went on to pursue a Masters Degree in animal nutrition from The Nova Scotia Agricultural College and at the time of her death was a fourth-year student of veterinary medicine. A lover of animals, Deborah bred Shetland Sheepdogs, was a member of the Canadian Kennel Club, and owner of "Foxfire Shelties." She will be sadly missed by her parents; three sisters, Deanna of Fredericton, Melinda and Jennifer, both of Sackville; one grandmother, Marjorie MacKay of Truro; one step-grandmother, Carole Musgrave; as well as many special aunts, uncles, cousins. and friends. In particular, she will be missed by her faithful companions Nikki, Ruby, Sasha, Lucy, Kelsie and Houston. The remains have been entrusted into the care of Jones Funeral Home, 70 Bridge Street, Sackville, N.B. Visitation was held from 6 to 9 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2007. The funeral service will be held from the funeral home on Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2007, at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, friends are encouraged to donate to the Debbie Musgrave Memorial Scholarship Fund for a deserving veterinarian student. www.jonesfuneralhome.ca
