Sackville, N.B. - The death of Dorothy Bembridge, 95, of Sackville, occurred at the Sackville Memorial Hospital on Friday, March 13, 2009. Born in Coburg, she was a daughter of the late Stanley and Marjorie (Goodwin) Allen. Dorothy, with her strong faith, was a member of the Main Street Baptist Church and a caregiver to all. She will be sadly missed by her daughter, Sharon (Arlen) Wheaton of Lutes Mountain, N.B.; two grandchildren, Tyson and Tessa; several nieces and nephews. Dorothy is finally able to be with her husband Ralph who passed away in 1973; her sister Pearl and brothers Floyd, Truman, Gordon and Charlie. Arrangements are under the care and supervision of Jones Funeral Home, 70 Bridge Street, Sackville (364-1300). As per the request of the family, there is to be no visitation.
