Sackville, N.B. - John Leslie Cook, formerly of Mount View, peacefully slipped away at the age of 83, on Easter Sunday, March 23, 2008. Born in Mount View in 1924, he was a son of the late Aubrey and Margaret (Cole) Cook. A life long farmer, John was also a member of the Middle Sackville Baptist Church. The last surviving member of his family, he was predeceased by his sister Muriel E. Ayer and by his brother Harold. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Jones Funeral Home, 70 Bridge St., Sackville (506-364-1300) where a funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 25, 2008 at 10 a.m. Burial will take place in the Four Corners Cemetery in the spring. www.jonesfuneralhome.ca
