Vida R. Trenholm passed away on August 23 at the Spring Creek Health and Rehab Centre in Murray, Kentucky, USA. Born in Sackville, N.B., on December 26, 1917, she was the daughter of the late Fred and Lalia Atkinson and was predeceased by a sister Netta Estabrooks and brothers Hartman, Frederick, Robert and Benjamin Atkinson. Vida worked for many years as a registered nurse in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Indiana and Kentucky, and retired 30 years ago as Nursing Supervisor at the West View Nursing Home in Kentucky. She was a member of the Kentucky Nursing Association and the First Baptist Church. Ms. Trenholm is survived by her daughter Marion Kuhar; sons Donald and George; a brother Joseph Atkinson of Sackville, N. B.; six grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and several nieces
