It is with heavy hearts that the family of Nancy Elizabeth Bell, age 58, of Amherst announces her passing at the Cumberland Regional Health Care Centre in Upper Nappan, on Thursday, January 8, 2009. Born in Amherst, she was a daughter of Dean Bell and the late Catherine (Howatt) Bell. Nancy enjoyed spending her summer with her family at her cottage in PEI, as well as working at the Crema Coffee at the Cumberland Regional Health Care Centre until her illness. Nancy was an avid cross-stitch worker, knitter and gardener. Nancy will be lovingly remembered by her father, Dean; her brothers, Peter of Summerside, PEI, Gary (Judy) and David (Debbie Williams) both of Amherst; nephews, Christopher (Stephanie) Terrio and Paul (Brandi) Terrio both of Amherst; aunts and uncle. She was predeceased by her sister, Carol Ann Terrio (December 30, 2008). Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of Campbell's Funeral Home, 98 Church St., Amherst (667-9906). There will be no visitation or funeral service. Interment will take place at a later date in Cape Traverse, PEI.
