Passed peacefully away at Chancellor Park on April 4, 2009 at the age of 96. Predeceased by his wife Jean in January 2000. Leaving to mourn are his children George (Shirley), Lorraine (Willis (Deceased)) Laite, Frank (Sharon), and Bruce (Olive); 10 grand-children; 17 great-grand children; special friend Pat Stanford at the Seniors Resource Centre; and also many other relatives and friends. The family wishes to thank the staff at Chancellor Park for their love, tender care and friendship that they gave to our dad. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 73 Commonwealth Ave., on Sunday and Monday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m., and Tuesday from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. Funeral services will take place from First United Church on Tuesday, April 7, 2009 at 2 p.m. with interment to follow at Mt.
