Passed away peacefully in the presence of her family on April 8, 2009, E. Mary Pike, age 80 years. Predeceased by her loving husband, John G. Pike, May 4, 1984. Left with many wonderful memories are her devoted children: Dr. Cherry Pike, Dr. John Pike (Mary), David (Brenda) and grandson, Brandon Pike. Also left to celebrate her life are her brother Frank Grant (Beth); sisters-in-law Margot Bruce and Ruby Pike and special friend Fred Carter; also a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Visitation at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road on Friday, April 10, from 10-12 noon, 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral service to be held at the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist on Saturday, April 11, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. Private interment to follow at a later date in Trinity, Trinity Bay.
