It is with great sadness that the family of Guy Perry announce his passing on September 11, 2008, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Born March 11, 1959, son of Baxter Perry and the late Dorothy Perry. Predeceased by his mother Dorothy Perry; grandparents: John and Leuela Kean and Kenneth and Alice Perry; father-in-law Hayward Green; brothers-in-law: John Tiller and Owen Goodyear; niece and nephew: Tanya and Terry Howell. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories are his wife Phyllis; son Ryan Hart (Lisa); and precious grandson Logan; his father Baxter Perry of Pound Cove; mother-in-law Annie Green of Valleyfield; brothers: Earl (Wanda) of Paradise, Carl (Cindy) of Brookfield, Barry (Nadine) of Mt. Pearl; sisters: Roma (Terry) of Templeman, Eileen (Lewis) of Grande Prairie, AB, Nellie (Frank) of Mt. Pearl, Cheryl (Donald) of Wesleyville, Kimberley (Kent) of Iqaluit; sisters-in-law: Sharon Goodyear (Jeffrey) of Valleyfield, Bonnie Kean (Jerry) of Brookfield, Sharon Perry of Mt. Pearl; special friends Cecil and Ruth Hart of Botwood; several nieces, nephews and a large circle of other relatives and many friends. Resting at Kittiwake Funeral Home, Pound Cove. Visitation Saturday 10-12, 2-5, 7-9; Sunday 10-12. Funeral service to take place at St. Alban's Anglican Church, Badger's Quay, on Sunday, September 14, 2008, at 2 p.m. Interment to follow at The Anglican Cemetery, Pound Cove.
