Passed peacefully away at Bonavista Hospital on April 17, 2009, aged 76 years, Harold Guy Stead. He was predeceased by his parents, William and Annie Stead of Little Catalina, N.L. Leaving to mourn with many fond and treasured memories are his sister Shirley (Kirk Goulding); brother Ernest Stead (Ruby Harris); special friend Joan Sweet; nieces, Natalie Hagerty, Renee Street and Natasha Stead; nephew Gregory Goulding; grand-nephews Eric and Colin Hagerty, Alexander Goulding, and Rylan Sweet and a wide circle of cousins and friends. He will be resting at Strathie's Funeral Home, Bonavista on April 18 and 19. Interment will follow later at the United Church Cemetery in Little Catalina, N.L.
