OTTAWA – Thomas Levi O’Brien, 65, Ottawa, Ontario, formerly of MacKay St., Westville, passed away April 19, 2009.
He was the son of the late James and Annie (Walsh) O’Brien.
He is survived by the love of his life, Aline LeBlanc; his three children, Tom Jr. (Laura), Kelli (Kevin), Tonya (Kevin); his seven grandchildren; Aline’s children and grandchildren and his children’s mother, Sue Huckle.
He is also survived by brothers: Jimmy (Ida), Colin (Sandra), Allan (Cindy), all of Westville; sister, Patricia MacLeod (Stellarton) numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was predeceased by parents, Annie and James O’Brien; brother, William O’Brien and chosen sister, Dorothy Cotnoir.
In keeping with Tommy’s requests, there will be no visitation or funeral service. Cremation has taken place. Donations in his memory may be made to the Church of the Holy Name, Westville.
Tommy will be forever loved and remembered.
