BURR GERALD LESLIE – The death of Gerald Leslie Burr aged 83 of East Mountain occurred peacefully on Monday April 20th at the home of his daughter Rosemary.

Born in Wheeler End, England he emigrated to Nova Scotia in 1968. He was an instructor at the N.S.A.C. engineering department from 1968 to 1985.

He will be greatly missed by his loving wife Evelyn; his son Oliver Burr (Marilyn), East Mountain; and two daughters Christine Hooper (Singe), England; and Rosemary MacGillivary, Onslow Mountain, all of his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

At his request his remains were donated to the Dalhousie University School of Medical Science. No funeral or memorial will be held, also at Gerald’s request
