At the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Tuesday, April 21, 2009, of William Allison (Al) MacRae of Charlottetown, age 83. Beloved husband of Helen MacRae (nee Stewart). Beloved father of Robert, deceased (Debbie), Brian (Pearl), Janet Grant (Les) and Jill MacAulay (Derek). Grandfather of Erin, Jeff, Melissa, Mark, Maranda, Maggie and Alyson. Brother-in-law of Mertie MacRae, Olive Stewart (Ross, deceased), Norman Stewart (Jackie) and Betty Hartinger (Norbert, deceased). Predeceased by his parents, Major and Florence (Gibson) MacRae, and by his brother, Arthur. Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home for visitation Wednesday 4-7 p.m. Funeral Thursday from Sherwood Church of Christ at 11 a.m. Interment later in Sherwood Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Queen Elizabeth Hospital or Sherwood Church of Christ.
