Robert George Lewry, of Moose Jaw and formerly of Victoria, passed away Sunday April 19, 2009 following a long battle with cancer. George was predeceased by his father Frank. He is survived by his mother Hazel of Pioneers Lodge, Moose Jaw, as well as many friends and extended family. George was a devoted caregiver in the health care field for many years. The family wishes to thank Pioneers Lodge for their remarkable care and attention. There will be no funeral at his request. A Come and Go gathering to share our memories and condolences with Hazel will be held at Pioneers Lodge in the "Cozy Corner" on Saturday April 25, 2009 from 2-4 pm. His cremated remains will be returned to Victoria. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Pioneers Lodge, 1000 Albert Street, Moose Jaw, SK., S6H 2Y2.
