Passed peacefully away September 15th, 2008 in Richmond, Virginia, surrounded by her loving family, Peg Green, aged 86 years. Predeceased by her husband Dr. Cloid Green. Leaving to mourn Patty (Bruce) of Richmond, Virginia, Kathy (Bob) of Louisville, Kentucky, Janet (Norm) of Richland, Washington, John (Beth) of Minneapolis, Minnesota; Karl (Lynn) of St. John's, Newfoundland, and Mary (Kip) of Duncan, British Columbia. Also leaving to mourn 15 grandchildren: Lisa, and David, Melanie and Tammy, Greg and Lee, Weldon, Cloid, and Karl, Kathryn, Laurie and Beth, Mark, Molly and Ella and nine great-grandchildren: Christopher, Katherine, Cole and Jackson, David, Elizabeth and Katie, Dylan and Nicholas. Peg and Cloid had many fond memories of the years they spent in Newfoundland when Cloid chaired the Department of Anesthesia at the Health Sciences Centre. Peg enjoyed hunting, fishing, the outdoors and had many friends in this province. Donations in her memory may be made to the Learning Disabilities Association of Newfoundland and Labrador or a charity of one's choice. A Memorial will be held at a later date.
