Annie O. Bahr, of Moose Jaw passed away on Monday April 27, 2009 at the age of 90 years. Annie was born in the Broadview district on March 15, 1919. Predeceased by her parents Olie and Mary Rygh; first husband, Burnt Halverson and second husband, Frank Bahr; three sons, Herbert, Clifford and Ron; an infant daughter; five sisters and one brother, Annie is survived by her son, Gerry Halverson – Eyebrow; two sisters Joyce Lund, and Alice Grummet; one brother John (Margaret); and all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. The Service of Remembrance will be held at W.J.Jones & Son Chapel on Thursday April 30, 2009 at 7:30 pm. Della Ferguson will officiate. Cremation will take place, with memorialization at Percival, SK at a later date. In living memory of Annie, a tree will be planted in Besant Park by W. J. Jones & Son Funeral Home.
