Passed peacefully away at the Waterford Hospital on Thursday, September 18, 2008, Patrick Milmore in his 80th year. Predeceased by his parents: John and Elizabeth; his brothers: Mick and Jim; and his daughter, Lisa. Left with fond memories are Marg (Fred), Georgetown, Paddy (Cathy), Edmonton, Leanne (Gerard), Edmonton, Con (Sandra), with whom he resided in Mount Pearl, Kevin (Michelle), Edmonton, and their mother Annie, his brother Bill (Marg), Marysvale, his sister Mary Parsley, Avondale, his grandchildren, his great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and a large circle of extended family and friends and his special cat "Boots". A very special thank you to Dr. Desai and the staff of North 2A for the tender care of Pop while at the hospital. Resting at Dunphy's Funeral Home, Holyrood. Visitation from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Funeral will take place at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, September 22, 2008, with Mass of Christian Burial from Saints Peter & Paul Church, Harbour Main. Cremation to follow. Inurnment will be in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Chapel's Cove.
