Passed peacefully away at William Jackman Memorial Hospital in Labrador City on Wednesday, April 29, 2009, William Kevin Kent, aged 52 years. Kevin was predeceased by his parents Bride and John Kent and his brother Blair. Leaving to mourn with fond and precious memories are his wife Caroline, son Kevin and daughter Kerri Lynn. Also leaving to mourn are sisters; Sue Connor (Clarence) Texas, Barbara (Edward Whalen) and Beverley (Sidney Rees) Bell Island; brothers: John (Rose), Bell Island, Keith (Christine) British Columbia, Gary (Geraldine) Nova Scotia and Colin (Clare) Ontario; mother-in-law Mrs. Brazil (Labrador City); special friend Mrs. Marie Cummings, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and close friends. Resting at Pendergast’s Funeral Home on Bell Island on Sunday, May 2, 12 noon to 9 p.m. following services in Labrador City. Funeral Mass will take place on Monday. May 3 at St. Michael’s Church at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at St. Michael’s Cemetery.
