Passed peacefully away in the presence of his loving family at the Health Science Centre on May 1, 2009 at the age of 83. Leslie is a retired linesman for Newfoundland Power. Predeceased by his wife Olive (1999); his parents; four brothers and four sisters. Left with fond and loving memories are his daughters Annette and Gail (Fred); grandchildren Penny Lynn (Josiah), Curtis (Charlene), Collin (Janine), Jonathan; great-grandchildren Nathan, Nicholas, Ava, Kyla and Alexis; brother Pearce; sisters Ann and Jean; special sister-in-law Minnie Critch; as well as many other relatives and friends. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Ave. on Saturday from 2-9 p.m. and Sunday from 1-9 p.m.. Funeral service will take place on Monday, May 4, 2009 at 11 a.m. from Barrett’s Chapel.
