It is with great sadness that the family of the late Andrew Melvin Bailey announce this tragic loss, of a dear son, brother, grandson, nephew and friend suddenly on Monday, October 27th, 2008, at the Western Memorial Hospital in Corner Brook, at the age of 20 years. Leaving to mourn his loving parents: Rachel Valerie (nee Bailey) and Melvin Bennett, his little sister Rhianna, his grandparents: Mrs. Grace Bailey and Martin & Maisie Bennett, his aunts and uncles: Georgina (Clayton Bishop) of Brampton, Ontario, Randy (Myra) Bailey of Fort McMurray, Alberta, Daniel (Joy) Bailey, Pauline Elms of Kitchener, Ontario, Vicky (Chad Nichols), Lisa (Barry Williams), Marty (Lisa) Bennett of N.B., Marvin (Lisa) Bennett and Marlene Bennett. Also leaving to mourn a large circle of cousins and other extended family and friends. Andrew was predeceased by his grandfather George Douglas Bailey and grandmother Bessie Young. The family will be receiving family and friends from Parsons Funeral Home & Chapel, 63 North Main Street, Deer Lake, from the hours of 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. today, Wednesday, October 29th, 2008. The funeral service will take place on Thursday, October 30th, 2008 at 2 p.m. from St. Michael’s & All Angels Anglican Church in Deer Lake, with the Rev. Canon John Meade officiating with the burial to follow at the family plot of the church cemetery at the Wights Road Cemetery, Deer Lake.
