It is with great sadness that the family of the late Delia May Nash announce her passing at the Bay St. George Long Term Care Centre, Stephenville Crossing on Saturday, October 4, 2008 at the age of 89 years. She will be sadly missed by her son, Ben (Joyce) of Flat Bay, five daughters: Lorraine Chaulk of Nova Scotia, Genevieve Nash of Stephenville, Rosemary Baker of Flat Bay, Amanda (Leon) House of Grand Falls, Regina (Vincent) LaSaga of St. George’s. Two brothers: Edward (Yvonne) Cormier of St. Teresa’s, Johnny Cormier of Stephenville Crossing, one siser, Zita (Edward) LaSaga of St. Teresa’s, 17 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren and a large circle of relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband, Augustus Joseph Young. Visitation took place on Sunday. Prayer Service will take place on Monday, Octoer 6, at 3:00 p.m. at Russell’s Funeral Home, Station Road, Stephenville Crossing. Cremation will take place at Russell’s Crematorium, Stephenville. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Alzheimer Society would be greatly appreciated.
