Passed peacefully away in the presence of her loving family, Dorothy Elizabeth Verge, nee Keough, at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook, on Sunday, March 22nd, 2009, in her 100th year, leaving to mourn her children; Regina, Evelina, Ernest (Mona), and Nickie (Hazel), her 12 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, and 13 great great grandchildren. Mother was predeceased by her husband Fred Verge, her sons-in-law Emons and Alex. Also leaving to mourn a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends and her extended family. The family will be receiving family and friends from the St. Peter Anglican Church in Parsons Pond, today Tuesday, March 24th, 2009 from the hours of 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 pm, from where also the funeral service will take place from on Wednesday, March 25th, 2009, at 2 pm with the Canon John Meade officiating with the burial to follow at the church Cemetery in Parsons Pond.
