The family of Elizabeth (Lizzie) Keeping wish to announce with sadness her passing at Dr. Charles L. LeGrow Health Center on Friday November 21st, 2008, at the grateful age of 97 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories, seven children: Kathryn (Ralph), Georgie (Boyd), Viola (Albert), Dennis (Alice), Dulcie (Gerald), Dallas (Arthur), Joanne (Bernard); daughter-in law Betty, twenty grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren, one great- great-grandchild and a large circle of nieces, nephews and many dear friends. Lizzie was predeceased by her parents Abram and Catherine Rideout, brother George, sister Winnie, husband George and son Reginald. Visitation took place on Friday from 7-9 pm and on Saturday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at East Haven Funeral Home. The funeral service took place on Sunday November 23rd, 2008, 2 pm at St. Jame’s Anglican Church, officiated by Rev. Clayton Billard and Canon Ralph Billard.
