It is with great sadness that the family of Ellis Locke announces his passing at Western Memorial Regional Hospital on June 30th, 2008 in his 87th year. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories, sisters: Myrtle Cluett, Rowella Layden (Granville), Verna Roberts; brothers: Dorman Locke (Ella), Wallace Locke (Winnie), Donald Locke (Shirley), William John Locke (Rita); as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents: William John and Minnie Locke; brothers: Clayton Locke, Otto Locke, Maxwell Locke, and Eric Locke. Visitation will be held at Country Haven Funeral Home, 167 Country Road on Wednesday, July 2, 2008 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will take place at the Salvation Army Citadel, Premier Drive on Thursday, July 3, 2008 at 4:30 pm with Major Wayne Pike officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Salvation Army Church Fund.
