It is with great sadness that the family of the late Frances Georgina (Ginger) Sparkes (nee Rowsell) announces her peaceful passing at Western Memorial Regional Hospital on Monday, March 3, 2008 at the age of 85 years. She was predeceased by her husband, Stanley (1975); baby boy, Ronald; and brother, Alan. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories, her children: Karin (Bob), Susan (Joe), Stanley Alan (Mary Beth), Betty (Lew), Janet, Velma (Brian), Brenda (Kevin), Margaret (Snowden), Norma (Terry), Robert (Cheryl), Jerry (Allyson), Hellen (Keith), Helga and Marie; her loving pup, Snoozer; sisters: Betty and Velma; brother, George; 23 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held at Country Haven Funeral Home, 167 Country Road on Wednesday, March 5, 2008 from 7-9 p.m. from where the funeral service will take place on Thursday, March 6, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. Interment at Mount Patricia Cemetery.
