It is with great sadness that the family of the late Frank Bailey announce his passing on Friday, May 30th, 2008 at Carmelite House Nursing Home in Grand Falls - Windsor at the age of 80 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife Bernice, mother Gladys, children: Sylvia Wilton, Frances (Greg) McDonald, Frank (Phyllis), Keith (Karen) all of Deer Lake, Gordon (Cavelle), Grand Falls-Windsor, Audrey Saunders, Deer Lake, Eleanor (Peter) Bowering, Sussex, NB, Anthony (Cheryl), Halifax, NS and Ian (Monica), Fort McMurray, Alb; 25 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren, sisters and brothers: Mary Bailey, Betty (Ross) Perry, Gus (Betty), Guy and Bruce (Gaye), brother-in-law William (Audrey) Lafosse, as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his daughter Stephanie, father Frank E. Sr., brothers Gerald and Wallace, brother-in-law Ronald Lafosse and mother-in-law Elizabeth Lafosse, granddaughter Sarah. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 10 Clinic Drive, Deer Lake on Sunday from the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held on Monday, June 2nd at 2:00 PM from St. Michaels’ and all Angels Anglican Church with Archbishop Stewart Payne. Interment to follow at the Deer Lake Interdenominational Cemetery, Wight’s Road. As expressions of sympathy donations may be made to St. Michaels’ and all Angels Church Accessability Fund.
