It is with great sadness that the family of the late H. Raymond Osmond announces his passing on Sunday, April 20, 2008 at the Dr. Charles L. LeGrow Health Center, at the age of 79 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and precious memories his family: wife; Marion (nee: Herritt), daughter; Christina (Glen) of Leduc Alberta, son; Robert (Flavia) of Markham Ontario. Sisters; Annie Margaret Jeans of Cape Ray, Ethel (George Allen) of Port aux Basques, Lillian Osmond of Port aux Basques, Joyce (Harold Janes) of Cape Ray. Brothers; Edgar (Joan) of Port aux Basques, John (Florence) of Cape Ray, Ralph and friend Alice of Cape Ray. Four grandchildren; Deirdre (Jamie Lomond) of Leduc Alberta, Damian (Sara) of Fort McMurray Alberta, Dustin and Devon of Leduc Alberta. Great Grandchild Dylan. Cremation has taken place. Funeral services were held on Tuesday, April 22, 2008 2:00 PM at St. James Anglican Church, Channel. Officiated by Rev. Hugh Fudge.
