It is with great sadness that the family of the late Hubert Kendall announce his passing at the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital, Stephenville on Wednesday, October 1, 2008, at the age of 88 years. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife, Helen and ten sons: Calvin, Pat, Jim, all of Nova Scotia, Gerard of Cape St. George, Joey of Nova Scotia, Greg of Stephenville, Bert of Nova Scotia, Kenny of Stephenville, Charlie of Alberta, Lloyd of Nova Scotia and four daughters: Cynthia of Florida, Doreen of Ship Cove, Marguerite of Stephenville, Nadine of Kippens, one sister, Orella Gallant of Stephenville, 24 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and a large circle of relatives and friends. Friends may call at Our Lady of Fatima Parish, Piccadilly on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will take place on Saturday, October 4th at 2:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Fatima Parish, Piccadilly with cremation to follow. Interment will take place on Sunday, October 5th at 2:00 p.m. at the Roman Catholic Cemetery in Ship Cove. Funeral arrangements are under the supervision of Russell’s Funeral Home & Crematorium, Stephenville.
