It is with great sadness that the family of the late Karen Angela Walters announces her sudden passing on Friday, April 11, 2008 in her 27th year. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories, her parents Lloyd and Linda Walters; fiancé Bradley Butler; brother Greg; sister Krista; brother-in-law Richard; nephew Caden; grandparents Donald and Pearl Burton, and Everett and Jean Walters; Aunt Bernice, Uncle Norman and family, Aunt Wanda, Uncle Ron and family, Aunt Viola Uncle Gerry and family, Uncle Reg and Aunt Marilyn, Aunt Hilda, Uncle Bert and family, Uncle Levi, Aunt Diane and family, Aunt Hannah, Uncle Alex and family, Uncle Roy, Aunt Lynette and family, Aunt Lisa, Uncle Randy and family, Aunt Geraldine, Uncle Floyd and family, Uncle Paul, Aunt Michelle and family, Godmother Aunt Audrey; the many members of her extended family, Brenda Butler, Blair Butler, Anupama Pallen, beloved friends whom Karen adored like family, the staff at Grandy’s River Collegiate and the many students whose lives she touched. The family will be receiving friends at Country Haven Funeral Home, 167 Country Rd, on Monday, April 14, 2008 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 15, 2008 at 1 p.m. from St. Michael’s Anglican Church, Park Drive with Reverend Druggett officiating. Cremation to follow with interment to take place at a later date. Flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to the Karen Walters Memorial Fund.
