Left to celebrate his life, his loving wife, Doreen (Reid) of 51 years; his children and grandchildren: Lamoine (Diane - Gregory, Richard), Stephenville, N.L., Richard (Brad, Michael, Marlena), Thornlea, N.L., Roger (Brandy - Brianna), New Market, Ont., Cathy Trowbridge (Cecil, Albert, Robyn, Robert), Fair Haven, N.L., Carol Smith (Geoffrey, Laura), Thornlea, N.L., Paula Branton, Cambridge, Ont.; sister, Winnie (Art) Smith, Chance Cove; sisters-in-law: Phoebe (Eric) Thorne, Dorothy (Charlie) Ridgley, Thornlea, Edna Thorne, New Brunswick; brothers-in-law: Bill Reid, Thornlea, Garfield (Verly), New Harbour, Reg (Marg) Thorne, Norman's Cove, Gary (Florie) Thorne, Whitbourne, Richard (Theresa) Thorne, Ont.; many nieces and nephews and a large circle of other relatives and friends. Resting at Faith United Church, Thornlea. Funeral service to be held at Faith United Church on Sunday, September 28, at 2 p.m. Interment at the United Cemetery, Thornlea. No flowers by request.
