It is with great sadness that the family of the late Lorenzo Charles Woolridge announce his passing at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook, on Saturday March 7th, 2009 in his 67th year. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife; Mabel (nee Barrett,) his children; Wade (Gloria) of Ontario, Roxanne (John) McDonald of Ontario, Claudell (Kevin) Gilley of Howley, Troy (Madonna) of Deer Lake, Rhonda Woolridge of Ontario, and Jason (Elaine) of Halifax, his 8 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, his 1 brother, and 5 sisters. Lorenzo was predeceased by his parents; Ida and Elias Woolridge, his 4 brothers, and 1 sister. Also leaving to mourn a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends and his extended family. In lieu of flowers donations to the Howley United Church fund in Lorenzo’s memory would be gratefully appreciated. The family will be receiving family and friends from the United Church in Howley today, Monday, March 9th, 2009 from the hours of 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 pm from where also the funeral service will take place from on Tuesday, March 10th, 2009 at 2 pm with Rev. Andrew Wright officiating with the burial to follow at the church cemetery in Howley.
